Does life feel like more of a struggle than it should be? Are you having difficulty in relationships that are important to you? Are you feeling poorly about yourself or some activity you may be engaged in? Do you have the courage to do something about it? Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
For years, I have been helping clients feel better about themselves, the relationships they have, and as a result, their lives. Life is too short to spend much of it feeling emotionally discontent. I can take you on an internal journey that will help you understand yourself better and allow you to feel more comfortable, satisfied, and content with your life.
I am extensively involved with the Internal Family Systems model of therapy developed by Richard Schwartz, Ph.D. This model states that it is possible to achieve balance and harmony within yourself. By developing a clearer understanding of and appreciation for your "internal system," you can learn to calm and heal your "parts" when they become triggered by the circumstances and relationships of your life.
In addition to my formal education and training as a therapist, I am the father of two teenagers, have been married for 25 years, and operated an adventure travel program for more than 20 years. I am currently serving my second term as a member of the Board of Directors for the Cumberland Perry Drug and Alcohol Commission.
Please call or email me for a therapy consultation today. |
